One a windy, but otherwise perfect day at the Cape Cod Maritime Festival in Hyannis, Think Blue Massachusetts unveiled ‘Stormy’ the 15-foot tall inflatable duck – an icon of the Think Again. Think Blue Campaign. On his maiden voyage, Stormy faired very well, attracting children and interested citizens.
